Our Story
Birth of Venus is a Latina-owned beauty and wellness boutique in Los Gatos, founded by sisters Crystal and Stephanie Ortega. Our studio offers personalized skincare, massage therapy, waxing, and lash services—all thoughtfully designed to help you feel refreshed, confident, and at ease.
With a focus on natural beauty and intentional self-care, our goal is to provide a calming experience that feels both special and down-to-earth. Every treatment is an invitation to slow down, reset, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

Signature Treatment
Advanced resurfacing and deep hydration. Targets congestion, dullness, and delivers instant glow. Includes hydrodermabrasion, targeted serums, and a finishing mask.

Facials
Fully customized to cleanse, balance, and restore. Includes your choice of LED Therapy, High Frequency, or Hydro Jelly Mask. Perfect for routine monthly upkeep.

Essential facial plus dermaplane for enhanced smoothness and immediate glow. Add the Happy Peel for deeper exfoliation with no downtime (+$20).
Body
Targets body acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation. Includes Diamond Microdermabrasion, extractions, mud/clay mask, and Body Clear serum.
Lash Extensions
One lash per natural eyelash — approximately 100–120 lashes per eye for a full, voluminous look. Classic application technique.
Lash Extensions
3–5 lashes per fan. About 50 lashes per eye. Ideal for clients wanting a natural look or with fewer natural lashes. $50 deposit required.

Required every 2–3 weeks. Approximately 50% of lashes retained with each fill to maintain fullness.

Brazilian, Bikini, or Booty waxing — clean, precise, and gentle. Hard wax used for comfort and results.

Underarms, Arms, Legs, Back — hard wax for a smooth, comfortable experience on all body areas.
Massage
Full-body relaxation using long gliding strokes. Ideal for first-time massage clients or pure stress relief.

Crystal's passion is helping clients feel confident in their skin through customized facials, precision waxing, and lash services. With over five years of experience, she's built her practice on real results, genuine care, and a love for enhancing natural beauty.
Co-Founder & Skin Expert
Co-owner and skin care expert, Stephanie specializes in natural lash extension application, Korean skin care protocols, and advanced facial treatments. Her meticulous eye for detail and warm approach make every client feel taken care of from the moment they walk in.
Massage Therapist
Samantha brings warmth and skill to every session. She specializes in hot stone massage and body treatments, and is available as a massage add-on to any facial service. Her goal is simple: you leave feeling lighter, relaxed, and restored.
